LiTHOS Technology aims to be the leader in the application of DLE (Direct Lithium Extraction) technology for economic, environmentally efficient, and sustainable lithium production. The Company has developed a proven and patented oil & gas wastewater solutions technology for DLE, called AcQUATM. The unique modular technology is capable of converting produced brine water into completely purified desalinated irrigation water, and extracting pure liquid commodity chemicals. AcQUATM enables mining operators to implement economically viable and sustainable water reuse plants. LiTHOS will license and operate lithium production fulfillment as a service to lithium brine miners in North and South America for a working interest in production.
